Air pillows roll PA (nylon), 200 × 200 mm, 500 m

The air cushion roll (PA/PE, 200 × 200 mm, 500 m) is fully compatible with the D80 air-filling machine. A perforation line between the cushions allows for easy separation according to packaging needs.

Thanks to its multi-layer PA/PE (nylon + polyethylene) structure and 25-micron film thickness, the material has excellent barrier properties and retains air significantly longer than standard HDPE film. This makes it particularly suitable for long-distance transport, overseas shipping, and heavy or fragile items. One roll can produce approximately 2500 individual cushions, ensuring durable and lasting protection throughout transit.

The cushions provide exceptional air retention for up to 6–12 months, making them ideal for shipments with extended delivery times, long-term storage, or overseas transportation. Even under demanding conditions, they ensure reliable protection and product safety.

The material – PA/PE (polyamide with polyethylene) – is recyclable and offers outstanding puncture resistance. The roll is compact, space-efficient, and easy to integrate into any packing area.
