How do I know which type of packaging is best?
For lightweight items (like accessories), we recommend using air pillows. For heavier or more fragile products, such as electronics or ceramics, protective film is a better choice. For maximum protection, we suggest combining both solutions.
What’s the difference between air pillows and protective film?
Air pillows fill the empty space in the box and keep the product in place, while protective film wraps tightly around the item and shields it from impacts.
Are these materials suitable for heavy and fragile shipments?
Yes, our 20-micron film is strong enough for heavier loads. Some formats can withstand up to 20 kg per unit.
How long do filled air pillows hold their shape?
As long as they’re not damaged, air pillows can retain their shape for several months.
MACHINES & USAGE
How do your packaging machines work?
The machine inflates the film with air, seals the edges, and produces ready-to-use packaging. Just insert the roll and press “Start.”
Will I need training?
No, the machines are easy to use. We provide clear instructions and a video tutorial to get you started.
How fast does the machine operate?
Depending on the model — D10 can run up to 16 meters per minute, and D80 up to 12 meters per minute.
How do I know which film works with my machine?
Each film lists the compatible machine models. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!
SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENT
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Yes, our films are made from 100% recyclable HDPE material.
Can the film and air pillows be reused?
Absolutely. If the material isn’t damaged, it can be safely reused multiple times.
How should I dispose of the packaging properly?
Place used film in a plastic recycling bin. It’s the same type of plastic used for water bottles—just more durable.

How can I place an order?
Simply add the items to your cart and fill out the checkout form. You’ll receive an invoice by email once the order is confirmed.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Latvia is handled by courier.
Do you deliver to other countries?
Currently, we only ship outside Latvia by special arrangement. If you're in Lithuania or Estonia, contact us — we’ll find a solution.
Can I pick up my order in person?
At the moment, we don’t have a physical pickup point. All orders are delivered via courier.
Can I return purchased items?
Yes, of course — items can be returned in accordance with applicable laws. You can find detailed return information in our Return Policy.

Are prices shown with VAT included?
Yes, our store displays both VAT-included and VAT-excluded prices side by side for all visitors. This way, you can clearly see the product cost with and without VAT, regardless of your location or customer type.
