1. Right of withdrawal – returning non-defective goods
1.1. You have the right to return goods within 14 days if the product:
▢ has not been used,
▢ is in its original and undamaged packaging,
▢ is not damaged and has retained its original appearance.
1.2. To return an item, please contact us by email at veikals@pakful.lv. Be sure to include:
▢ your order number,
▢ the name of the product,
▢ reason for return,
▢ your bank account number for the refund.
1.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Returning damaged or defective goods
2.1. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately at veikals@pakful.lv, providing:
▢ clear photos of the product (including packaging),
▢ a brief description of the issue,
▢ your order number.
2.2. After evaluating the situation, we will:
▢ replace the product with a new one,
▢ or issue a refund within 14 days.
3. Discount adjustment
If a return affects the conditions of a discount (for example, only part of the order is returned), Pakful reserves the right to recalculate the discount and deduct the respective amount from the refund.
