The machine offers a production speed of up to 12 meters per minute. Thanks to its small footprint, it can be easily placed directly in the packing area.
The D80 features simple and intuitive controls. Both temperature and air supply can be adjusted according to the type of film used and the protection requirements of the product. The machine is compatible with various film types (15 to 30 microns in thickness), including rolls up to 60 cm in width.
For added efficiency, the D80 can be connected to the ZL5000 rewinder, which enables automatic film collection and streamlines the packaging workflow in higher-volume operations.
