The air protective film roll (PA/PE, 400 × 320 mm, ⌀ 3.5 cm, 300 m) is fully compatible with the D80 air-filling machine. It comes pre-perforated into 400 × 320 mm sections, allowing quick and convenient separation during use.

Thanks to its multi-layer PA/PE (nylon + polyethylene) structure and 25-micron film thickness, the material offers outstanding barrier properties and superior air retention compared to standard HDPE film. This ensures long-lasting protection, even for large, heavy, or fragile items shipped over long distances or stored for extended periods. One roll yields approximately 950 durable cushions that easily conform to the shape of your products, providing stable and secure protection.

The cushions deliver exceptional air retention for up to 6–12 months, making them ideal for shipments with extended delivery times, overseas transport, or long-term warehouse storage. Even under demanding conditions, they maintain consistent performance and ensure reliable product safety.

The material – PA/PE (polyamide with polyethylene) – is recyclable and highly resistant to punctures and tears. The roll is compact, space-efficient, and easy to integrate into any packing workflow, helping optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce storage costs.
