The air protective film roll (PA/PE, 400 × 320 mm, ⌀ 2.0 cm, 300 m) is fully compatible with the D80 air-filling machine. The film comes pre-perforated into 400 × 320 mm sections, allowing quick and convenient separation during use.

With its multi-layer PA/PE (nylon + polyethylene) structure and 25-micron film thickness, the material provides excellent puncture resistance and superior barrier properties compared to standard HDPE film. The large 2.0 cm diameter bubbles ensure maximum cushioning, making this solution especially effective for protecting bulky, fragile, or heavy products during shipping and storage. One roll produces approximately 950 ready-to-use protective sheets that conform to the shape of your goods for stable and secure packaging.

The cushions deliver reliable air retention for up to 6–12 months, making the film ideal for extended delivery times, overseas transport, or long-term warehouse storage. Even in demanding shipping conditions, it maintains consistent performance, ensuring product safety throughout the supply chain.
